Returns & Shipping


We advise that it can take up to ten working days (not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays) from the day you place your order for your pieces to be made and shipped. This is because I hand make everything to order rather than keep big piles of stock. However orders normally are dispatched within 2-3 working days. 

Please be aware, that currently (August 2019) BHC has been next level busy since April, due to a few viral tweets. I assumed things would quieten down but in fact they have not! This is a lovely position to be in, but as I work by myself it does mean that my usual lead time of 10 days is going to be slightly extended by about a week. This is to include some time for things like extra boxes and envelopes to arrive, and to give me time to design custom pieces, laser cut them, and package them up and post them to you! Plus do things like answer emails and all the other things that come with running an indie business!

If you genuinely require something by a certain date, please leave a note with you order and send me email me at info@blackheartcreatives.com and I will try and meet your deadline. I can also send things via recorded delivery for an additional cost. 

You will receive an email to the email address you provided once your purchase has been dispatched. Black Heart Creatives use Royal mail and send orders to the UK 2nd class and non tracked Air Mail for all international orders as standard. If you require your order quicker or tracked then please email before purchase. Please remember you item is being shipped from England so please allow approximately - up to 6 weeks to arrive to USA, Canada, Australia and Asia; - 10 days to Europe - 3 days to Britain from the date of your dispatch email. 

Royal Mail do not consider a package to be officially lost until 15 days after the expected delivery date (around 18 days after dispatch for UK orders and 25 for International orders). In the unlikely event that your order has gotten lost, please contact us at info@blackheartcreatives.com  







Black Heart Creatives makes to order, we do not have piles of stock, each order is hand made, so we are unable to refund or exchange if you have chosen the wrong colour, or misspelled a custom piece. If you have not made a formal request for a personalisation on an item then we cannot refund or exchange for this reason either. If you can show that your item was damaged upon delivery, we will send you replacement free of charge, or alternatively a full refund. We may ask for photographical evidence from you in these instances, this is to help us recover monies from the Royal Mail. I

If for any reason, you are unhappy with your Black Heart Creatives item then please let us know. Some Black Heart Creatives items may be rude crude and obscene, but our customer service isn't!
